Good habits keep you on the right track, but always be ready to shake them off when they no longer serve you. Bad habits keep us in a rut, so be ready and willing to get rid of them. Otherwise, you’ll be stuck and unable to develop new ways. Find your routine and bring into that routine all the elements you need to practice. Not just physical training.
