Thoughts affect the body. Maintain a positive attitude. Rest.
Recovery has many different parts. Good sleep is by far the best for your recovery. But during waking hours, you can help out by maintaining a positive attitude at all times. It relieves tension. Relax and have faith in your body’s ability to recover. Oh, and remember, recovery can happen ten times faster during deep meditation.
During games, take advantage of corner kicks, free kicks, etc.; these are all times you can take a mini-break and recover. After the game, active recovery like a few minutes’ walk or jogging while clearing your head and concentrating on your breathing are all recommended as well. Proper recovery can be the best training!
