There are players who look good on the eyes, think only of themselves and are going for personal fame. Only a few can make it. Your ego is necessary to excel, to succeed. But too much ego can bring the team down. A great team doesn’t necessarily have all the best players. But great teamwork lifts all the players to a higher level. By being a good team player, you become a better player yourself. A small team can take down a giant – if they work together. And that’s a wonderful feeling.
