Observing the not-so-good players on a team can be almost as instructive as watching the best. Why? Because the fact that they are playing reveals something about them. Something you might be able to learn from. On the pitch, observing the whole is just as important as the individual parts. There are tons of resources to help you: Internet videos, tapes of great games, etc. Watch carefully!
